Ghazal Baniasadi

Wissam oversees the financial management including financial reporting and analysis, treasury, capital market strategies, investor relations, information technology, internal audit and tax functions of Tricon Capital,  a principal investor and asset manager with approx. $5.8 billion CAD of assets under management. Michael is senior counsel at a mid-size law firm in downtown Toronto practising both commercial real estate and commercial litigation. In addition to being a lawyer Michael is an active investor and has developed commercial properties in downtown Toronto.   Michael has extensive experience and understanding of real estate both from an acquisition and management level.  He will provide his experience and input to assist in the acquisition of real estate assets.
